I was looking for a good quality pre-owned vehicle and the team at Mazda Spinelli took amazing care of me. Shout out to Ali Reda who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I found the service very helpful and honest, they were not pushy at all and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want/need. They listened to me as a customer, explained everything clearly, and my car buying experience was wonderful. Thanks Ali and Mazda Spinelli!

Booked an appointment to view and test drive a used car. The morning of, I called to confirm my appointment and I was told the appointment was still on. After traveling 1 hour to get there, I was informed the car was not actually there and instead was at the mechanic getting repaired. You would expect them to call you to cancel if they don't have the car let alone telling me the appointment was still on when I called to confirm. Complete incompetence on their part and a complete waste of my time. I was asked if I wanted to put a refundable $200 deposit on it so I could be the first to view and buy it should I be interested. I accepted as I really wanted the car and saw no risk since I was assured it was refundable if I didn't want the car. During the time it took for the car to be returned from the mechanic, I found and bought a car elsewhere. I have asked multiple times to be reimbursed my $200 which I was told no problem. It has now been 15 days and I still don't have my money reimbursed. Avoid this place. The entire experience has been horrible.

My entire experience at Spinelli Mazda has been excellent. On Sunday afternoon I saw a car I liked in their inventory online. I sent a message and within 1/2 hour I was contacted and given an appointment at the dealership the following morning. I was greeted there by their sales rep “Ali” who was really great to deal with . He was knowledgeable, and accommodating and very pleasant… he knows his product and walked me through the process of buying the car. There was no “ hard sell “or hidden surprises. . I picked up my car on the Thursday as scheduled and am more than happy with my lovely red car. I would highly recommend Ali and the entire Mazda Spinelli team for your next new or pre owner car. 5 stars for this dealership but more importantly Danny, the best in the game in Montreal. Listen, buying a used car has been the worst thing I did in 2023 (and I had a newborn baby). It's the absolute wild wild West out there. You'll find shady dealerships, gamed odometers and worst of all, all the "we'll finance you to oblivion" shops. But not here, not with Danny. Danny might have singlehandedly changed my view on what it's like to deal with used cars salesmen. Top notch service, fair prices and car comparison transparency. Thank you Danny!
